HEIC Inspector

Open a HEIC (or mobile JPG/PNG/WebP) in Workspace Location to review what the file contains before you share it.

  • Expandable advanced details, including container brand and best-effort HDR gain map / depth / multi-image signals

Local by design

Core inspect stays in your browser. Converting creates a new file that strips GPS and device identifiers; capture time and copyright can optionally be written back on JPEG exports.

Not a Live Photo extractor

HEIF containers can store multiple images. Apple Live Photos are a separate still-plus-video workflow. This Inspector focuses on the primary still and metadata you can act on before export.
